Whole Woman is for you if you're ready to be guided deeply into your inner world to completely transform your health and your life from the inside-out.

This mentorship is for you if you are:

• ready to let go of your past
• decondition your body, mind, and spirit
• create more resiliency and capacity in your nervous system
• get out of your head and into your body
• meet yourself on deeper levels
• transform into your most radiant, authentically, aligned self - the woman you know you came here to be

The transformation you will receive in joining Whole Woman will trickle into your entire life and goes well beyond the 4 months you spend in the mentorship.

However, while in the mentorship you will receive:

• An online learning portal with all of the information and teachings you need, including video lessons, PDFS, and guided practices.
• 15 zoom calls with Nicole which include a combination of coaching, distance energy healing, functional medicine based health consultations, and guided somatic embodiment work.
• An open communication app (Voxer) to give you personal access to Nicole for further discussions, questions, and accountability outside of the weekly calls
• Hormone testing (optional- for an additional cost) 

After you fill out the application, it will be read by Nicole directly and responded to within 48 business hours. If she feels like the mentorship is a good fit for you, you will be emailed a link to set up a free zoom call to further discuss your needs and the container, as well as answer any questions you may have.

From there, if it feels like it's a good fit for everyone involved, you will be enrolled into the mentorship.
